We took an older gmc acadia there, had it towed there. Had not run for 3 to 4 years. Replaced battery and put new tires on it, got it running. Andy was very helpful, gave us estimates for other repairs it needs to get it running well. Gonna get my dodge ram worked on sometime soon there too, needs brakes. I would recommend Jake's for anything you need done

I had an exhaust leak that made my car undriveable. I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for Thursday. Good start!
On Thursday they completed a full inspection and provided a clear, straightforward estimate. It covered the issue I knew about and a few I didn’t. What stood out was how well it was documented—photos, specs, and a triage-style breakdown that made it easy to understand what was urgent and what could wait. No pressure, no upselling.
I approved the repairs I wanted, and the parts were ordered the same day. If not for a delay completely outside their control, the car would’ve been ready Friday. Even better, the final cost came in under the estimate, and they applied discounts I didn’t even know were available.
The biggest win for me was communication. About 90% of it was handled over text, which made everything smooth. When I did call with a question, they answered immediately.

Professional, transparent, efficient, and fair. I’ll be back, and I recommend them without hesitation.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole crew at Jake’s. Kailey, Roy, and Andy were absolutely amazing. Their customer service was outstanding, and they did excellent work on my Colorado. I needed new brakes for my truck, and they were by far the best-priced and quickest shop I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much!

Right from the start, Andy was very helpful and friendly! They had replaced my rear brakes and changed my oil, all in super timely fashion! They also were very reasonably priced! I would recommend them to any and everyone!

We broke down on a cross country road trip in our RV. Got towed to Jake's Radiator Services and they got us back on road in 24hrs. They diagnosed the problem and patched a hole in the radiator and replaced a hose and multiple belts they noticed was wearing out. The service overall was of high quality with super low prices. Jakes is the best, had my daughters car in for crank position sensor, they changed sensor and did inspection, found rear brakes down to metal and front tie rod wore out!! Replaced all parts did alignment and was back on the road same day!! Took my suburban in for rear diff seal and fluid and also for tire repair! Was quick and fast! Definitely recommend jakes for all your repair needs

How they go above by doing a full vehicle inspection and provide each concern with a timeline of when it needs to be fixed and estimates as well. I will be back soon with my other vehicle to be serviced

Andy was very helpful and very respectable. He always kept in touch with me about other issues that came up with my car while he had it at the shop. Made sure they were allowed to move forward with anything extra by asking me via text before starting any extra work that needed done. The technicians were quick with getting my car done so I was able to pick it up during my lunch break and not have to lose out on any hours at work as well as providing a rental car while they kept mine overnight. The rental car was a great addition and super helpful. Andy's customer service and the speed of the technicians to get my car done is the sole reason why I will be a returning customer!

My enthusiasm has waned. Taking tires on and off was simple enough, but my last visit was to install TPMS sensors. After install and their balance, I had unusual vibration beginning as I approached 80 MPH, which would get stronger and stronger under track conditions. When I asked them about this, they wanted to charge me again to correct it. Another shop checked the tires, and seeing how far out of balance they were, rebalanced them. I paid more at the other shop, but it would have been a lot cheaper if I just had it done right the first time.
